Starting in 1986, Mr. Tuskan has gained experience and knowledge while investigating, reconstructing and analyzing over 1,000 transportation incidents involving passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, pedestrians, and bicycles. He has extensive experience in data imaging (download) and analysis of data from passenger Event Data Recorders (EDRs). His work also includes managing and coordinating over 100 vehicle tests including; full scale vehicle crash tests, braking and durability vehicle testing, component and certification testing, and vehicle fire evaluations. His range of forensic expertise also includes the areas of construction, agriculture, industrial, and specialized vehicles and equipment. Mr. Tuskan has applied his experience, education, and training to incidents involving collisions, fire, maintenance, and warnings and instructions. Mr. Tuskan has qualified and testified as an expert witness in federal court and over 30 state courts throughout the United States.
